What We Serve
Egghead Cafe serves all-day breakfast and brunch in Honolulu, blending American breakfast favorites with Taiwanese and Asian-inspired flavors. Our menu includes eggs Benedict, omelettes, pancakes, Big Island sweet bread French toast, rice plates, acai bowls, specialty coffee and more.
Five Signature Dishes
Pork Belly Benedict: Poached eggs with slow-braised pork belly, green onion, fried shallots, house-made hollandaise and mixed greens.
Crab Omelette: Real blue crab, onion, spinach, provolone, romesco and paprika, served with mixed greens and your choice of toast or rice.
Hawaiian Pancakes: Buttery pancakes topped with Hawaiian sweet potato, toasted coconut flakes and haupia.
La-La Berry French Toast: Big Island sweet bread with berries, berry compote, toasted almonds, whipped cream and powdered sugar.
Fried Pork Chop Plate: A Taiwanese-style marinated pork chop served with rice, a fried egg, fried shallots, green onion and mixed greens.

Egghead Cafe’s specialty drink menu includes the Lavender Honey Latte, Tiramisu Latte, Tiramisu Cold Brew, Mojito Latte, and Ying Yang Milk Tea.
Taiwanese & Asian Influences
Our menu reflects Egghead Cafe’s Taiwanese roots through dishes such as the Green Onion Pancake, Pork Belly Bowl, Fried Pork Chop Plate and Boom Boom Chicken. Asian-inspired sauces, pickled vegetables, fried shallots and other familiar flavors bring a distinctive island-meets-Taiwan character to brunch.

Our menu identifies vegetarian (V), gluten-free (GF), and nut-containing or potentially nut-containing (N) items. Vegetarian choices include the Veggietopia Omelette, Classic Pancakes, Avo Corn Toast and Rainbow Salad. Your entire party must be present before seating. If your party is incomplete, the table may be given to waiting guests, and your party will be placed on the waitlist for the next available table.

Due to our restaurant’s limited capacity, dine-in time limits apply: 1–2 guests have a 1-hour limit, 3–6 guests have a 75-minute limit, and parties of 7 or more have a 90-minute limit.
