What is the earliest pickup time?
Our earliest pickup time is generally 7:15 a.m. Availability may depend on the size of your order.
What is the earliest delivery time?
Our earliest delivery time is generally 7:45 a.m. Availability may depend on the size of your order and the delivery location.
What is the latest pickup time?
The latest pickup time is 1:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 2:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
What is the latest delivery time?
The latest delivery time is 2:00 p.m. Tuesday through Friday and 3:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
Do you provide delivery service?
Yes! We offer islandwide catering delivery.
How much do you charge for delivery? Will a larger order cost more to deliver?
The delivery fee is based on the delivery location and its distance from Egghead Cafe—not the size of your order. Please see our Delivery Rates page for details.
How many people do the party sets serve?
A large party set serves approximately 20–24 people, while a small party set serves approximately 10–12 people. Actual serving sizes may vary depending on your guests’ appetites and the other food being served.
How many people does an à la carte pan serve?
A half pan generally serves approximately 8–10 people, while a full pan serves approximately 15–20 people. Serving sizes may vary depending on the other food available and your guests’ appetites.
What is the latest time to place an order?
Orders must be placed and fully paid for at least one day in advance. The daily cutoff time is 7:00 p.m. Orders for 50 or more guests may require at least two days’ notice.
How early should I place my order?
The sooner, the better. Dates and time slots are limited, and we may be unable to accept additional orders once a time slot is fully booked.
How long will you hold my preferred date and time while I decide?
Catering dates and time slots are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are certain about the date and time but need more time to finalize your menu, you may reserve the time slot with a $100 deposit.
Can I pay with cash at Egghead Cafe?
Yes. You may visit Egghead Cafe to make a cash payment. Your order must be fully paid at least one day before the order date. Orders for 50 or more guests must be fully paid at least two days in advance.
How many chafing warmers will I need?
Each chafing warmer holds either two half pans or one full pan of hot food.
Do you provide plates, cups, and utensils?
Plates, cups, and utensils are not automatically included, but they are available for purchase. Please see the Supplies section on our Catering Menu page.
Do you provide condiments?
Yes. Appropriate condiments are included with applicable menu items, such as syrup and butter with pancakes, dressing with salads, jelly with toast, ketchup with eggs, salt and pepper, and cream and sugar with coffee.
What should I do if someone in my group has a food allergy or dietary restriction?
Please tell us about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order. Our team will review your needs and let you know what accommodations may be available. While we take allergy requests seriously and handle them with care, we cannot guarantee that any item will be completely free from allergens or cross-contact.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel, modify, or reschedule your order. Cancellations, partial cancellations, or rescheduling within 48 hours of the event are subject to a 20% fee. Same-day cancellations or rescheduling are not permitted. Once the event date arrives, all orders are final and non-refundable. Menu changes are subject to availability and may require an additional charge.
How many people will one gallon of a beverage serve?
One gallon provides approximately sixteen 8-ounce servings. We recommend ordering additional beverages if you expect guests to have more than one serving.
